trd exhaust system
#21
There isnt a single wall exhaust system in exsistence that wont corode. A stainless metal that wont rust is too soft of a metal to use for exhaust systems. Kinda like when you find a stainless steel fork or knife thats been laying outside for a long time, its all rusted up and there probably more corrosion resistent. The stock is a stainless, it was still rusted.
My TRD system was really bad after 1 1/2 years with no care at all. Took me 30 minutes with polish and a buffer to make it look better then new again. With a little or alot of elbow grease you can ALWAYS buff out stainless, just alot of people dont know it. I was able to buff the stock system back to alot new looking after I removed it.
I think the TRD is by far the best looking system. As far as sound goes, well I like the sound of it but I've heard better shop installed systems.
I think that price you found at trdracing.com is as good as its gonna get. I got my from trdparts4u.com for around 600 a long time ago.

well i got it on a couple of weeks ago and i really like the sound of it also. it was easy to install, getting the old one off was the hard part. i keep my tip as clean as possible, so maybe i can keep it from rusting.
