Red face TPS Change adventure

I am sure this never happens to any one else

Get a new TPS go to change it out only to find the bottom screw stripped so bad I could not get it to break loose.

I did fix that problem once I removed the throttle body and put 2 new 4mm bolts in the holes instead of the phillips screws .

It was just a whole lot easier to change with the throttle body off I only wish I had A new AAV to install at the same time.

It does seem to have fixed the problem cleaning out the dead spider and part of a web when I pulled the old TPS off.

We will see 125,000 miles I guess I will be changing out a lot of these older sensors and such.
