Engines are rated from the factory with full exhaust and emissions controls in place.
3.4s all make the same HP if dynoed on an engine stand with no exhaust in place.

yeah probaly the exhaust. Well...I guess its got to go!! So anyone know of any good headers besides TRD or making your own? I'll check out JArdine and see what they got I guess. Thanks.
