hi guys first post. i have a 1999 4runner, and my son parked it in the morning went to start that afternoon. would not crank. i immediately figured dead battery, so threw the jumper cables to it. noticed the accessories were not working windows radio etc. so whats up is it starter or relay or something all together different? any help would really be appreciated. thanks

check the battery terminal/post connections. Perhaps they're corroded and don't have a good connection.

inspect the large relays in the box right beside the battery, it is 1 of them I forget it name off hand, and it is very hard to tell its blown with large relays.
