Squeaking or squealing noise coming from back of truck

Need help!!! I just purchased a 99 Tacoma with 72,000 mile on it. Had it for about 2 weeks then started hearing this noise. When I accelerate I don't hear anything. As soon as I take my foot off the accelerator I hear a squeaking or squealing noise coming from the rear of the truck. As soon as I accelerate, it goes away. As soon as I stop accelerating, it comes right back. It's getting loud and it's very annoying. Thanks for your help in advance!!!

U joint

Sounds like mine did.

Apparently the previous owner changed his own oil, and most likely didn't grease the U joints.

Ask me how I know this....
