Remote Controlled Spotlights

Anyone have/use one of these spotlights?

The guy I ordered my suspension off of just purchased and mounted one atop his Ford and was showing it off to me. Pretty damn cool. I was thinking of mounting one to the roof of my 4runner. It is able to mount easily magneticly. Apparently when he took it out of the box when he first got it, he made the mistake of setting it down on a metal surface. He said it took 20 minutes of wriggling and sliding the thing before it finally came off.

I was thinking of using it more of a neat little gadget more than anything with any practical use, seeing as a Maglite serves the same purpose.
