Rear Differential Yolk squeaking....help!
Hey guys...I just found out that the reason my truck makes an annoying squeaking noise when decelerating (not braking) is because my rear differential front yolk needs lubrication, and must be removed to do so. Does anyone here know anything about this? Thanks!

I set up rear ends so I am intimately familiar with that area.....and I have never heard of a yoke that needed "extra lub"....better take a closer look at it. Is the UJ in good shape?(shake it and look for play)......does the yoke move around a little while shaking it(crush sleeve issue)? I have heard of a UJ that squeaks cause it lost all of its lub.....happened to me and the UJ was powdered inside(wasted).
