Got to agree, looks nice and clean. Good work. Mine has the factory painted grille, I like it a lot better than others. Buy one, paint it up, then if you don't like it then sell it on Ebay. Then put your chrome one back on. Just a thought.
I'm also thinking your truck would look killer with the Sport hood, (with the scoop). What do you think?
Again, Nice!

Nice update but I do think you should paint the chrome since that's the only chrome left and one color would blend nicely with the rest and then maybe go with the sport hood even tho't's a little overdone it still looks awesome and adds a nice amount of *bling* to an already nice truck.

Excellent looking ride.
I want to do something similar and put on painted bumpers and grille as well. Although I want the Highlander look rather than the Limited look. I already have the sport hood and fender flares.

The scoops that come on the Highlanders aren't ricer at all...they give it a very tough, strong appearance when looking at it from the front. By far one of my favorite things about my Runner.

The more I think about it the more I realize that to really perfect the look of that truck it needs some MUD! Come one, you know you want to see some trails!

Looks awesome man, you need to paint the liscence plate surround as well to match it up with the rest of the body. I painted my bumpers, grill, and surround to match as well a few years ago and upgraded headlights, and scoop and now no one realizes that it's a 96.

Plabn on around $400 for the hood, and $400 for paint. Project will cost you around $800 total. DO not order off the internet, get from your dealer. Freight is expensive on this, and there is a 50/50 chance it would come in damaged on bent.
