Hey ya'll. not asking to buy. more curious than anything...and to test the group's knowledge.

are these a factory option? if they are, sure didn't know about them. don't know how i feel about them either. i'm guessing no, and the seller doesn't know what he's talking about. though lesser things have surprised me!
