i am currently considering getting a new set of tires and wheels. i have noticed that most of you all like the dueler revos but i was wondering if any of you have an opinion on the procomp mud terrain tires. i mainly would like to know how they wear and road noise.

also does anyone have a suggestion on what wheels i should get. i am looking for a fairly inexpensive 15x8 wheel, the simpler the better i am not into the bling bling if you know what i mean.

we know what you mean! most people here arent into the bling as well. some here like american racing wheels, but if you do a general search (like for 15x8 wheel) im sure you can come up with some great ideas.

procomp mud terrain tires are supposed to be good on and off road, until the tread wears down a lot.. then they start getting screwy. but thats true of most tires.

have you looked into bfg t/a KO's as an option? thats the other popular tire here.

Depends on what you want to do. The ProComp MTs are an offroad mud tire, and on-road wear and grip and handling are not really a design concern, although I can tell you they are the most highway-friendly true mud tire I've ever had. The Revos are a street tire that can still take you down the occasional trail. Mud need not apply. Different type of tires entirely and can't be fairly compared.
