Lift Installation Cost...

I've finally got my lift together (cornfed 2" spacers and OME shocks all the way around) and am just waiting on the shocks to come in so I can get it put on. I know I should do it myself, but I don't have the tools and am not confident enough with my mechanic skills to tackle the project myself.

Anyway, I went by a shop today and the guy quoted me about $225 to switch out the shocks, put the cornfeds on, and then realign the front end. Just wondering if this price sounds reasonable and also what other people paid for similar installations. Thanks for your help.

I'd say about $150 for the labor and $45 for the alignment, so about $195.

it would help to know where you lived .. I'm going to assume NC .. a shop will charge somewhere between $150-200 ... but if you are in NC, the 4roc guys down there are pretty active, and I'm sure they would be willing to give you a hand at one of their wrenchathons

Yeah I do live in NC....alright so it sounds like the shop might be a little high but not too bad. I may try to get in contact with some of those 4roc guys and see if we can work something out. Thanks for your input!!
