Kinda new to the 4Runner scene..
I finally traded in my old rig I had through college, a '94 S10 Blazer 4x4 for a Black 2000 SR5 4Runner w/ Highlander package and I LOVE it! I've literally owned this truck for less than 1 week and I'm addicted to it like I knew I would be, and everything that surrounds these vehicles. Anyway...
Where can I get the best deal on a TRD exhaust? I've been reading up on exhaust systems and this seems to be the favorite thus far..?
Anyone run a highflow cat like a RandomTechnology or something like that too? I've seen alot about the TRD headers, and exhaust systems but not much on aftermarket high flow cats..? Seems to me why would you bottleneck your exhaust with keeping the stock cat(s)?
Well I'll keep this one short and continue searching for answers before cloggin up the forum with repeat questions...

Welcome to Yotatech.
TRD Exhaust purchase: Contact TOR . He is a member here that works in a Toyota parts department in Texas. For any stock Toy parts he would be a good place to start.
Check out Gadget's page for a huge amount of info on performance upgrades for your 4Runner. Since you asked about it, here is the link to Gadget's exhaust page.

Thanks for the reply's guys. I'll have to get with TOR when I'm ready for an exhaust. Although I listened to all the exhaust sound clips here at yotatech and I like the Magnaflow the best so far...
I'll get some pics of my rig up as soon as I can take some and scan them at work.
No scanner (or digital camera) here at home...

hey and welcome. sounds like you got a nice rig and if you are going to wheel it, good job getting the locker.
another option for exhaust to look at is have some shop near you make a custom exhaust. i think a few people here have done that and have said it is one of the better routes to go.
also i hope you have a good job after college because you will want to spend all your money on your truck after spending some time here. watch your funds dissappear.
