Hella fog light question

Hella fog light question
I just bought a pair of Hella Micro ff fog lights and have a question about the wiring. The instructions are not to clear and don't mention a fuse. The wiring diagram looks like there is a 16A fuse but I'm not sure. What size fuse should I use? the lamps are 55 watt each. Thanks, Bob

Did you mean 15 Amp fuse????

Ive got three sets of Hella lights(fog and driving) along with Hella wiring harnesses on my '96 Runner and they all take either 15A or 20A fuses. Ive got the Micro DE's in my front bumper and although a 15A fuse was provided with the fog light kit, the fuse kept blowing whenever I activated the switch until I used a 20A fuse(don't ask me why). Since the initial install, I've had no problems and all of the light have worked flawlessly. Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up going to Radio Shack and buying a inline fuse holder that accepts blade type fuses. I also bought a few different size fuses that I will try. I'm starting with a 10 A and go from there. I haven't had a chance to use them yet so we'll see. Thanks again, Bob
