heater controls

i have noticed that my heater controls (buttons) are getting lazy have to push on them hard or 2x times to get them to work.99 4runner limited ant suggestions ?

Your heater control is failing.

You can get a new one from toyota (~$800) or find one on Car-part.com

They are extremely rare and hard to find used, but when you do you can save some cash.
