Fiberglass Whip Install

I am planning to go to Pismo Beach next week. When You ride out in the dunes, you have to run a fiberglass whip. I have a 1993 4Runner. Is there a way to temporarily mount one? I would hate to drill a hole in my bumper for a whip I would only use a couple of times. Has anyone mounted one without damaging their rig? Anyone have a pic of a mounting bracket they made?

FYI, a whip is not legally required at Pismo for trucks. It's nice to have though.

Well it's nice to know I won't get a ticket if I don't have one. I just don't want to surprise some unsuspecting rider when I blow through the dunes.
