My recomendation is to pay $10 and go to Toyota's official service manual website and download the entire manual for your vehicle. That $10 give you 1 day access.
Go to our website's Maintenance Forum and the link to the SM page is stickied up at the top.

i went to the toyota site and downloaded manuals for both the runner and cruiser cost 10 bucks (was at a friends with high speed cable) it only took a few hours for each manual (there is a shiot load of pdfs, trying to combine them all to make one huge pdf file)
