battery and Ebrake light

the battery and ebrake light on my dash comes on and off, i think sometimes when i hit bumps or drive on a bumpy road. the car just had the whole motor replaced with a new one (3.0) im thinking maybe the alternator connection to the battery is not tight? but what about the ebrake light?

btw this is a 88 4runner with the 3.0

This usually means your alt. is getting ready to go. But check your batt. terminals and brake fluid anyway.

All the toy trucks will light up both when the alt is going bad, or bad connection on the charging circuit.

Mine used to, except now I am having problems with the electrical. so it only reads about 12. So I am taking it into the shop to be repaired.

Could be a frozen parking brake cable, and a dirt battery lead. I doubt thats it, but you might as well check.
