add to manual hubs

within the next couple of days (depending on work schdule ) im finally going to be getting around to changing my add hubs to mile marker manual hubs , does any one think we need another write up for this ? if so ill take pics and do a write up . i will keep notes if there happens to be any thing diferent then what has been written up so far on add/manual conversions and maybe make a mini write up with the differences i encountered.

That would be great! I am thinking of doing this mod too but I will need the hubs for idiots write up to accomplish it..haha

Eric, there are two write-ups in the Tech section for Warn & Aisin manual hubs.

We don't have a Milemarker one yet, and the procedure might be different, so go ahead and do one if you want to.

the only difference i see so far is you dont use the cone washers , the mile markers come with a flat square washer to use instead. im not sure why , but i think it has to do with material the hubs are made of , use of the cone washers on the mile markers would cause the hubs to split ive been told . ( which doesnt make me feel any better , if a washer can cause the mto split , how tough are these units ? i guess ill find out LOL

ill take some pics , ive actually had 2 guys volunteer to help ( hell where were these guys when i moved ?) camera in hand , now if i could jsut find a hot blonde to model for the pics LOL:0
