ok here the problem i had some trouble with my car running sluggishly but yet when i changes the spark plugs i encounter this problem the inside wall where you remove the spark plugs seems to be really rusty is there something i can spray to clean it up or any suggestion would be great thanks

The big question is why would there be rust in the tubes in the first place!!!

The first question what size engine?

Second are you really trying not to take it apart?

The best thing to do is take it apart and use a bottle brush to clean!
This is so the waste does not end up in your cyl. it will be virtually impossible
to get this stuff out of the tubes! If i really did not want to take it apart I would
Use PB BLASTER and a rag put the blaster on the rag and twist in to the tube to pull out as much of the gunk as possible! Depending on how much there is would depend on weather I should worry about the plugs being out when I did this! If theres alot in there then I would take it apart! Pull the covers and the tubes scrape the deep stuff out with a screw driver or similar tool,
then use bottle brush and do a really good job on the inside of the tubes!
Use grease or blaster to protect the tubes from further rust!

The reason I ask engine is because my 3.4l sr5 is much more intense to take apart!

Maybe this truck was in Louisiana a few years ago?? Have you already changed the plugs or did you decide not to when you saw the rust? I hope it's the latter. I would certainly be concerned about that crud getting into your cylinder. Add liberal use of compressed air to the ideas above and get that tube clean before you pull the plugs. Otherwise there's a decent chance you will be rebuilding it and then have a really good chance to clean it.
