96-98 tail lights...can you do this?
Do you guys know if there is any way to remove the orange part from the tail lights? Possibly loosen it with a heat gun and just smash it into little pieces within the housing and take it out? I would like to run some yellow bulbs instead of having the amber color back there.

And btw, before anyone suggests replacing them w/ the 99+ ones, I don't have the cash to. I just think it would look a little cleaner without the orange peeping through.

I've also been wanted to do this for awhile but I'm just afraid of screwing my OEM tails. You can put it in the oven for several minutes and then pry it off with a butter knife or flat head screwdriver and then remove the orange lense.
