I have a 2000 4Runner, 2WD, Auto. We drove it every day for 5 years. About 6 weeks ago we parked it and have started it in the meantime, driven it a few times to move it between street and driveway, but that is it. Yesterday I got in and reverse was fine. Then I shifted into D and it moved at a snails pace even with more gas, there was a lot of smoke coming out of the tailpipe, but not really oil smelling and it was cold and the engine revving high. I shifted into 2 and the same thing. I shfted into L and it worked fine.

Any suggestions?
