thats crap. Any alignment tech worth anything would have noticed that and would not have aligned it without repairing it first. Something isnt right here....

x2 on something not sounding fit, maybe download the lift directions and go over the steps and see if anything missing. Yeah a good alignment tech should've noticed that before the alignment. Go back and talk to a manager and try to work something out since you did drop chips at their store.

As for Schwab itself IMHO it's like finding and honest mechanic, you kinda have to shop around for a trustworthy one. I've been doing business with them for some time now, "I trust them---at the location I go to." I'll admit..that they do over charge, but most places do and for the things I cannot perform myself i get 2nd advices.

Good luck man, keep us posted.

especially since you can buy the same lift from performance products for less than $400

yeah, they are preying on you because you are not as familiar with this industry as some people. I was in your shoes a few years ago. Anyone could have sold me anything, and i wouldn't have known better. The 3.5" Revtek is one one of the best spacer kits out their for our trucks. I have put it through harsh trails and obstacles, and it never let me down once. They are bullting you about the one thousand mile thing. Shops do this stuff all the time. Just learn from it and be aware in the future.

Well, focus on the bright side......the clunk is gone now, right?

Sometimes suspensions and parts just have to "settle" in. You should have heard the urethane, large sway's, and coilovers talking to me after I installed them on my WRX.

Good deal on the Revtek lift!

Side Note: I don't do Schwab either, not after they screwed up a brake line on my BMW after installing lowering springs.......
