3.4 timing belt inspection

Hey guys, i just bought a 97 4runner with a 146k miles. I don't have any record of the timing belt being replaced. However i pulled the covers to inspect the belt. It appears someone has been in there for some reason by looking at the bolts, you know i can tell the bolts in the cover have been out.
So the question is, by looking at the pics of the belt would you guys drop the coin to replace the belt, or keep on rolling?
The belt looks great to me, i can still read the part numbers on the belt. Not sure if that would be possible for a belt with 146k on it.
So what do you guys think? If it needs replacing, then so be it, on the other hand i could spend the money on something else on the truck, like a lift.

Thanks guys, Doug

It's a bit hard to tell on those tiny pics, but the belt looks pretty good. Do you see cracks in it? Fraying? Any leaking from the water pump or oil from leaking cam/crank seals?

No cracks in the belt, the water pump is not leaking. I'll try to post some better pics.
Thanks
