2nd gen vs. 3rd gen rear spring question

i recently sold my stock springs from my 98 on ebay, and I had several people ask if they would fit in a 2nd gen runner. I dunno.. if they did tho, it would be a saggy ass fix for the 2nd genners ! any one know for sure ?

I don't know the answer, but what is it with ebayers? Same thing happened when I sold my ski rack attachment. You can specify the year and everything and you still gotta deal with the "du-uh will this fit my girlfriends honda?"
And why the hell would you put stock springs on a sencond gen (aren't those the problem in the first place) -- we gotta change them out anyway so get something cool...
at least do your own research..

sorry, its a rant, I know. But I been there and I'm feeling ya..
