$23,900 for a '99?

Anyone notice there's a black modded Runner in Autoweeks classified section? Is that price reasonable? Seems like a waste of money to run that ad for a non-exotic car in a well-known publication...

I would barely pay that much for a 2004!

I paid $18,250 for a 2002 2WD Sport Edition. I can't believe that a 99 4WD would be that much more than mine.

Check autotrader ads for Runners and see what people ask for them in the Denver area with 100k on them;you're talking peolple wanting 16k for e'm and some people buy them for that much. Most '99+ with low miles (50-60k) still get over $18k with the '02s still commanding prices in the low $20k but if you look harder you can get most '99s under 15k easily.

It's not a stock runner, it's tricked out. check off 1999, toyota, then type in 4runner.

nice rig but prices is quite high.

i had a good laugh the other day. my girlfriend is looking to purchase a Runner and this saleman tries to sell a 2002 limited with 100k miles on it for $24k. we just laughed at him and went somewhere else.
