I get about 19 with my 4cyl but I have 33 12.50 n stock 4.10 gears right now, I had a 99 Tacoma 4x4 with the 3.4 v6 for my first truck n I got about 17.5 average.

N best thing for your gas mileage is like you said easy on the skinny pedal don't rev high in between shifts, and regular oil changes and clean air filter best things. You may wanna look into getting the drop in k&n filter for your stock air box it helped maybe .5 to 1 mpg in my dads tundra

Alright laying off the pedals is easier said then done. What does that K&N drop in air filter cost? ive seen many other yotas with those in place.

Alright ill check tortion bars tonight. how would they get out of alignment though?
