Honestly I think I've thought about that recently more than any other mod...
What should i use for the console though? That's my only issue, that and the fact all of the ammo storage box center consoles are uglyyyy to me.
Any ideas?

Walmart... seriously. I sold my old buckets to my buddy in a single cab, and he ran to walmart and bought the center console from there... it has 4 cup holders, and a huge storage center piece... fits perfectly between the seats.

well you're gonna have to search and see whats out there as far as headers go. But just about anything will be better than what you have. Start up top then build your exhuast system down.

Well, thanks a bunch scuba! Thats awesome of you to offer help, and i will let you know man. I'm going to be trying to do a lot of it myself but a helping hand is a welcomed hand for sure.

Oh by the way if you yourself need any help, just holding things together or basic stuff... i do have a bit of experience from the past years of helping my step dad out, so dont hesitate to ask.

I'd rather grab a beer after we get off of the trail. Drinking on the trail is a nono IMO, and highly frowned upon with TTORA.

I'm used to driving at least an hour to go wheeling. Cleghorn is an hour away, Big Bear is 1.5 hours away.. I really don't know of anything close by, other then wildomar.. I mean, wildomar would be a good place to go and kick it.. hmm..

I was thinking camping trip status, more so... haha Im very against the whole drinking and driving thing dont worry about that, i lost an uncle to some stupid drunk. Maybe we can make a trip up there sometime, i think we should plan a yotatech/ttora excursion type deal. Sounds like some fun.

To be honest I just plan my trips around the Socal TTORA schedule. I cant ever get a good group here. Also, the couple times I have gotten a group from here to go out it seems like no one has lockers or sliders and only wants to wheel the malls.

I'm going to Big bear next weekend (friday/sat/sun) for TTORA Takeover. There might be 1 spot left in the group camp site we have.. but its 10/20 a night.. Can't remember. If your interested I can get you more info.

If you can't make that, let me know and we'll plan a run.

Hey guys, Ive actually been doing a lot recently, cleaned out all of my grandpas old work shed! And made it mine now so i have an awesome work place and a safe place to keep projects going, this has kept me busy but ive also been thinking with my truck in mind. So i picked up a few things! A free Front diff that a guy from Escondido (where i live) was giving away, how awesome right? Now i can do my gearing and lockers without taking up my entire day and leaving me car-less. And some 95.5 Taco 6 spokes. Yahhhhh!
Shed! looks small but its about 25X15

Rims!

Im painting these, i love them the way they are, but i like them without scuffs and faded alloy... more.

One, sanded down, now painted.
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z...731101924a.jpg
And the rest, tomorrows project.

Diff! The bloody thing was so damn heavy, and after a long 7's rugby tournament its wasnt fun! haha

Got the oil drained and a work place set up

getting deeper
*
lightening the load

As it sits for the night, i wanna get it all nice and clean.

Now i have a few q's.
is it going to pay off to re-gear a front diff? do i have someone put in the Locker? i always hear people say they have to send it off usually to get the gears back in the right spots, etc. I just need a run through on what maintenance and work to do on it. Im pretty mechanically programmable to do my own work i just need to know what to do, how to do it, and what to buy.

Keep in mind a SAS is no were near my trucks future, IFS is going to suffice for about 5 yrs at least.
