all the panels are welded in just finishing up the filler work realy happy with how its turning out. glad to hear you got your bumper mounts done, good luck with the rest of your build.

I finally got around to posting a pic of the finished bumper, I also installed my new crawler cam from engnbldr and fixed my saggy rear end with some add-a-leafs. There wasn't really anything that was picture worthy other than the valve cover and intake manifold that i painted red.



I'm also going to look at a rebuilt tranny tomorrow for $200, other than that im looking for some 32" BFG m/t's and maybe a set of headers. Spring is comming up fast!!

Well, today im going to take the bumper off and beef up the crossmember with some 1/4" plate. I would have done it before but i didn't have the material. While i have the bumper off ill get the measurements for you guys.

Well i finished getting the frame beefed up today but i couldn't find my camera so no pictures this time.

And I was thinking about making a grill guard to go on my bumper, but i dont have a tube bender and i dont really want to have to buy a bunch of elbows, so i think i might make one out of 1"x1" square tubing. anyway heres my design, what do you think?



Im also going to get those measurements on here today, i have the tape measure on my computer desk ready to go lol.

Dude that looks awesome. I just got done weld a push bar for my tundra. First time welding trying to work my way to your bumper. Uv got to use tubing it will look so good on that thing.

Thanks man, ill use tubing if i can find a bender for relatively cheap.
