I got a story for you. I just bought a 1975 Celica GT that once had a 20R engine. However they locked it up due to no oil imagine that huh. So they put a 22RE out of a 88 pickup. when i got it the car would only idle when you gave it the pedal she would die. I found that they had wired the tps incorrect. Now she takes the fuel but idles rough and jumping over the check plug rpms and timing never changed. She is also running rich. I have not yet found the wires for the o2 sensor yet have no vacume diagram so all vac lines are capped off. And to tell you the truth dont know what else is missing yet . I am currently making my own wiring diagram as i go but was wondering if it would be easier to go with a stand alone fuel controller or what. I need to know base timing on a 88 pickup 22re and pics of vac lines would be nice . So anybody have any ideals. Its a project car for me the body is in excelent shape. Thanks
