FZJ80 Front and Rear Coil Springs
I have a set of stock front and rear coils off a '95 80series. Either set will be an even $65 and that's with shipping included for the lower 48! Pics will come if requested, rear set is an even 7 wraps, front is 9 wraps and the longer 9 1/2 wraps.

Well if you know somthing about the color codes I don't. They are on the short spring: white, yellow, green; tall spring: white, yellow, blue.
This isn't relevant but the Toyota part number for the front springs on a '97 land cruiser and '97 lx450 are the same, I own a license for the EPC and have looked it up. However, I found the '97 lx450 to have a different color code than the '97 cruiser and the lx450 has a taller tall spring and a shorter short spring, yet both the lc and lx set at the same hight, on the front. I have concluded that the color code only is to idenify a matching front set to the rear set and reguardless of the EPC, you cannot say all LX450's, or 199X land cruisers had X springs.

Some of the front springs are what us 3rd gen 4Runners are using on the rear of ours, but those aren't the right color codes for us.

I'm interested in your front springs for the rear of my 4Runner. Would it be possible for you to measure the overall height of the springs? I'm not sure about the color codes on the springs either, but I've heard that most of the guys using them on their Runners prefer the 7 wrap front LC coils. Others have said that you need to look for 19" springs. If you get a chance, measure them and post the results. Thanks!

I fully understand that 3rd gen 4runners use the front fzj80 springs and the 2nd gen 4runners use the rear springs. I have 3 80's and sold all but this set of springs to 4runner guys. All the springs where different color codes and hights yet all the 4runner guys I sold them to, where happy and never mentioned any issues with the springs.
Here is a discussion we had on IH8MUD.com: http://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.p...=stock+springs
emptypockets, the front springs are: short 19-1/2", tall 20-1/2"
for you 2nd gen guys, the rear springs are both 19-1/2"

Bump up for the front springs. I guess they are 1 wrap more but I wish I remember the guy who I sold an identical set to for his 4runner. My guess is that if you have more weight in the back from gear and bumpers these springs will be taller and make up for it.
Anyway, I'm moving houses and I would not like to take these with me. $50 at they are at your door.
