ARB bumper ('89 to 95 truck, '90 to 95 4Runner)
I paid around $650 for the ARB bumper back in February of 2002.
Here is a closeup.

There is a little flaking of the powder coating underneath, but nothing some touchup paint will not cure.
What I would like to do is a pick & pull, and I will help you install it on your rig.
We can do this right out in my parking lot.
Will NOT SHIP this bumper, so please do not ask.
Shipping and the price would be as much as a new one, plus I do not have time to hunt down a box for it and get a truck to haul it to a shipper.
Not sure about a price yet, throw one at me.
I am keeping the winch though for future use.
