They ride like a dream and are so quiet. Even more so than the michelins they are replacing. Took them up to Seymour mountain to mess around in the snow and ice. They grip like mad. Almost no slippage on solid ice. I'm gonna love these I know it.

I have revos on a 2nd gen but I dont have pics. I like them better on road than my previous Michelin LTX AT. What I did not like is that they were not as true round and easly balanced as the LTX, but that was taken care of with some trueing. End result is the ride is just as smooth. I can drive faster in the rain and they feel more sure footed than my LTX, but I still keep speed down in the rain. I cant compare to the BFG ATs because Ive never driven any. I have not really taken them off road yet either so I cant be of any help there. What I will say is that I have been so impressed with the on road ability of these tires, and after reading others responses about the off road ability, when the time comes to change tires on my truck that sees 90% on road now, I will loose the BFG Muds, and get the Revos. If I end up selling my 4 Runner, I will most likely ask a premium price for it, or take the revos off and put them on my truck. Anyway, just my plug for the Revos.

I can't say for sure but I have never seen Revos an anyting other than bone stock rigs. I do run AT KOs and I LOVE them. I was worried about the stickey mud we have here in the mid-west since it was an AT tire but they have not failed me yet. BFG also has a new sweet protection plan. Maybe we shaould get a cupple rigs togeather and run one with Revos and one with the ATs on a trail and see who gets stuck first. I would buy the ATs myself but hey, thats me.

Okay pics. Just took some of the wheels. Too dark to take any of the whole truck. Man they are beefy, and very stable. They feel like cornering on rails. I also talked to the firestone guy and mine were the last one's in BC. They are coming from japan? now. 6-8 week back order.

Hey I'm from Vancouver BC as well! I just got my REVOs put on yesterday from Kal Tire. They also said that I got the last pairs in the Kal Tire system. I put them on my 3rd gen and I noticed the difference right away. The truck seems to corner better with less roll and they grip really well in the rain. I'm impressed. My old tires were the Toyo Tranpath (I think). They were pretty good on dry, but pretty bad in the rain. The compound was very soft as well. Good choice with the Revos!

I got 265 70R16 (normal size for 3rd gens). I actually got them at the Richmond Kal Tire near Vulcan Way. I paid around $960 CAN for everything including tax. I still haven't been able to get them to slip!

I have the 265-70-17 REVO and they are the best tires I have ever had.
I had Geolanders on my 2nd gen and the REVO on my 4th gen put them to shame in the sand and wet road driving. They are also VERY quiet, yet aggressive.

I have had a set of BFG AT's (not the KO's)
and currently have the Revo's on my truck.
The Revo's kick butt!
In the rain I had a hard time stopping quickly with the BFG's, the Revo's have saved me from rearending people a couple of times now.
Cornering is better too. I used to squeel when going around corners quickly, not now.
I love the grip the Revo's have in the snow (we're talking a locked 2wd truck here). Just as good as I remember snow tires to be.
Road noise is practically non-existant with the Revo's, I could almost tell how fast I was going by the pitch of the tire noise with the BFG's. Granted, the BFG's are not as bad as some tires, but not the best either.
My vote is the Revo's!
