mud flaps/ fender flair Question

just slapped some 32x11.5 on my truck and they stick out roughly 2 inches, looks cool, but is that legal or could i get a ticket for it?

also are mud flaps required on the front of these trucks? because its the only thing the tires rub against when theyre almost at full lock
