I've heard the same thing a few times. I baby them whenever possible. They grip so damn good though! If they hold up for two years or so I'll be happy.

I have a 94 4runner v6 4wd. I am adding a 5" rough country suspension lift w 33x12.5x15 bf goodrich at.i am also looking at the crager soft 8's. Is the 4" BS going to be a problem? the lift kit suggests 3.75 but as said above they are not available anymore... so! my 2 questions...

1. 15x8 or 15x10?
and
2. is the 4" BS going to be a problem?

I like procomps 8069s... aluminum instead of steel. look exactly like a cragar soft 8 just more showy.

to tell you the truth americas tire has the cheapest install.. depending if they wanna be dicks or not. or you can come to my store and ill hook you up.. and those pro comp wheels are f'ing retarded they have no front offset at all.. we sell ones just like them and i hate them. and cragar does make any BS you want.. you just have to call and special order them. we had a guy special order 2.5 BS to get the tires to stick out further..

Yes American tire is good, they took this dead tire off and then mounted the spare on that rim, even though spare was 11 years old, didn't charge me, So my next purchase will be there.
