ya its like 50$ mabey in scrap dont know about jasper buying them but sold more than one 22r that was seized up got like a 100$ each for those not sure about a 3vz little less common in my neck of the woods

There are always guys looking for parts. I sold one of mine for $300 or was it $200? He drove 3 hours. Turns out he was looking for a good head. (Get your mind out of the gutter.)
For my other 3VZ, if nobody takes it, I might just rebuild it, or let my BIL's shop take it. They have a scrapper that comes around every week and pays $50 for it.

Also, you may be able to donate it to a local high school auto shop and take a tax deduction for WAY more than its worth.
