Grounded o2 Sensor Wires

Hey yall i have had my swap done for a few months and i guess my o2 sensor routing wasnt good enough and my wires were melted by the crossover pipe. which cut all power. Got the wires fixed up and resoldered. But the pickup still wont start. I was able to get it to start with starting fluid but it died instantly. which is telling me that it isnt getting power to the fuel supply. I am hoping it didnt blow my ecu. i took it apart and my ground sensor wire is still in tact, i just cant figure out what it might be.. when i put my key to on position i can hear my COR turning on i will add tho.
