3.0 to 3.4 COR SWAP HOWTO:
Well after tons of headaches and a ton of research I couldn't get the 3.0 relay to work correctly with my swap. Trust me I tried all possibilities. This is a simple writeup on wiring your new 3.4 relay into your old 3.0 wiring. Many thanks to all that helped. dntsdad, hamish, and the rest of the gang.
Side by Side view of the 3.0 COR Vs 3.4 COR
Now since I didn't have the connector to plug right into the 3.4 COR I used the stock 3.0 connector and just unpinned the female blade connectors from the plastic plug. Note that both grounds are not used in the conversion, and that the White / Red wire needs to be split into two wires. I will suggest taking one male blade connector and split the connection with two wires and female blade connections off of that.
Here is the relay all installed. The way I have it connected should last forever, however i will heat shrink the out side of the metal blade connectors just for safety.

So now the fuel pump is now activated off the ECU like it should. Woot! Thanks once again guys!

good post Demon
You car stereo guys could also use a standard Bosch relay as well but for that price for the replacement COR from Autozone, that is a viable option as well.

Not sure that demonkid has been around lately but he may have deleted the account that was hosting those photos. May be gone forever.
You can check out my 3.4 101 thread at the top in the stickies. Hopefully that can help you with your issues regarding the COR. If not, post up a question.

Jason, it appears that many of the threads have the photos deleted. However, it is my hope that someone retained the post and could repost it. Your postings have been extremely helpful.
Thanks,

My G-Y to G-Y worked perfectly also, when I hooked up the correct G-Y from the cowl harness! In my 90 3vz cowl harness there is a G-Y for the COR and also one for the 4wd indicator switch. I had the G-Y from my 96 5vz plug(COR 1) to my 3vz 4wd G-Y and it would fire then slowly die out and my 4wd light on the dash was constantly illuminated. I swapped the two G-Y's from the 3vz cowl harness and everything worked fine. Hope this helps someone, I have read every post on every forum and couldn't figure it out and this is the first link that comes up when searching 3.4 swap COR wiring so I figured I would throw it out there.
