Need Help With Leather Repair
My 1000th post! woohoo I spend too much time here!
Anyway, there is this split at the stitching on the passenger seat of my g/f's Accord. It is about 3 inches long.
Is there some kind of repair I can do so at least the split doesn't spread and look so unsightly?
I was even thinking a matching brownish strip of tape or something. Is there a leather repair kit or something?
Thanks guys!

Automotive GOOP
FirstToy,
I found this stuff called Automotive GOOP. It is clear and is supposed to work well on leather.
I haven't needed to use it yet but it was only a couple of bucks for a big tube.

I don't think there is any fix like that, that will hold up for more than a few days. Like one of those as seen on TV iron on repair. I have the same problem with the side of my seat from the previous owner entering/exiting. I got a quote for $50 to remove the seat "cover" and replace that one small panel with a new piece of leather. Not too bad if you plan to keep the car. The easiest thing is put on a seat cover. If the rip is in the stitching, you may be able to remove the "cover" and sew it back together.
