3.0L Engine swap

I am gearing up to swap out the 3.0L in my 95 4Runner, was just wondering if anyone has dealt with Motor Crate engines before? It looks like their high pro engine is the one for me, as im not looking to drop a 3.4L or a 350 in.

Thanks in advance

Just drop in a 5VZ. A 3.0 will never be able to makes more power than a 3.4 without serious mods.

What he said. Hi performance and 3.0 are usually exclusive terms.

Well if as advertised the engine puts out 190HP and since im limited on time would be a straight forward swap.

Listen to advice if you want...if not...well...

Drop in a running 3.oh for on the cheap, then later when time and finances allow maybe do a 5vz...or whatever else...
