SAS with rears up front
Ok, looking to use up the parts I have around. How many have done a SAS with rears up front? How did it work out? My buddy who has a stock SA truck just put the rears up front and moved the axle forward, worked fine. that was a 22r truck. Wondering how a V6 runner will do?

I just did mine with rears up front. Im running stock front springs with a drop hanger. Im running 37s with no rubbing. Flex is great, smooth ride. Axle moved forward about 3 inches.
Im thinking about lowering it though. Going to get rid of the drop hanger and shorten the shackles. When you move the axle forward you dont have to worry about oil pan clearance issues. |
