Towing in general is over rated. I think I might have cracked my block, so it goes back again today and I think it's new block time. FUN!

That would be really cool! What is the hp of that little rat trap?

Are we doing a big group dinner Sat night? That always turns out fun.

It's 147 hp...

But that does not tell the whole story. Torque and throttle control are through the roof!

Plus in a DD it should last half a life time. In a dedicated truck you could pass it on to your grandkids...

I'd be more than happy to pack my share. I'll be gutting the back seats so should have room for one of those giant rubbermaid containers' worth.

I'll be bringing my puppy. Does anyone else plan on bringing their dog?

What about dinner Sat. night?

For dinner on Sat night how about everyone bring a bowl of something and just pig out. Or we could do chili or something like that.

Your thoughts gentlemen?

unfortunately the pieces are very large and you will get about 1 maybe 2 in a big rubber maid container. They aren't normal firewood size.

Anyone have a chainsaw I can borrow, it would be really helpful.
Seriously I could really use a chainsaw to cut the wood down to size. For dinner I'm gonna bring hamburgers and my babby webber.

Edit: feel free to bring meet to toss on the webber, but remember its its just a small one.

is your baby webber a mini tank style grill? I have quite a few of those little Colman tanks if you are interested. I can bring them with and you can have them.

Brad also how is the CV boot deal going? Need help?

I have a bundle of wood I am bringing, so if we bring a few of those big pieces we should be ok for 1 night.

A potluck type dinner would be fine with me. We need a head count, and what people are bringing.

I'm bringing wood for the cause as well as some beef for Sat. nights dinner. Let's make it a family affair. No sense in everyone making their own dinner with all these people going.

Looking forward to seeing the crew again. My boy and I are camping in Collins Valley this weekend so having a follow up wheeling weekend is going to be killer.

The logs are really really large like 30-40 lbs a piece. Ill go back to the mother load and try to dig up some smaller pieces. I've stock piled my house for the next couple of winters already.

eric my webber is a charcoal grill. I have a large webber in my back yard that runs on blue rhino tanks, but the baby one is a small bubble type. I think some people call them habatchi. Its like 4 burger size. I'll bring some extra burgers and stuff for the rest of the crew. I ordered a new CV for 125$Im gonna throw it in this weekend. It's 35mm socket I need right? They were out of that size at autozone. I'm gonna get it by this weekend hopefully and get it installed in time for the trip.

eric dude, read your aussie locker thread.

Marc, Im rollin solo this time I think for your head count.

I usually bring a small propane grill (about 10" X 18") but I can bring my baby weber charcoal grill instead (it's called a smokey joe). That way we would have 2 charcoal grills. I'll also have a camp stove and a couple lanterns.
