Hey, I saw that dumb guys truck today on my way home from work!
J/K Scott, I can't wait, Anza is sooo fun. This should be a good turnout from the amount of people interested so far.
Plus we'll have to get Lance out here to represent the 4th Genners with no fear.

just a note to the 2X4 crowd out there...
a good deal of ocotillo wells svra is 2x4 friendly. it is pretty easy to tell what areas aren't before you get into too much trouble. that would give some of the people with 2wd a chance to get out there, hang out, and get their trucks nice and dirty.

I won't find out til' the week before the scheduled run.
Keep in mind i'm not as hardcore as Lance, plus i don't have sliders yet.
But if i am able to make it, it'll be the 25th & 26.
I've seen some of your past pix to Anza, great scenery.
I've been to Ocotillo Wells once when i had my prerunner but i only did some mediocre semi-fast desert runs. Later to find out that i preffered the take-your-time-enjoy-the-scenery-laid-back trails.

Thanks Peter!
Ok, for those of you too lazy to click the link, its 293 miles from Phoenix (probably taken from Central and Washington, but you get the idea)
That isn't too bad.

Scott:
It looks like I'm going to this one I just have to make sure that I can have them reschedule something so I can take 1/2 day off on friday so I can drive down. Put me down for yes! If things change (which I hope not.. knocking on wood...), I'll be one pissed off yota owner.

I'm trying to plan a gathering in Moab the week after this, but this may be a good chance to meet some of the YT guys that can't make it to Moab. I guess the distance from there to Moab isn't a big deal when you figure I'm coming from Maine. Put me down as a for sure maybe, and I'll try to give a yes or no when it gets a little closer.

MNBOY- got you down sonow you're obligated
here is a map of ocotillo wells svra. it goes a little more to the east than the map shows, but it gives you an idea. for those that explore the park, all of the trails on this map are marked with street signs at every intersection, so it's nearly impossible to get lost.
i'll post another map from my gps later that shows this aprk in relation to a lot of the trails out there

We'll be there. I'm turning runs on the same weekend down in AZ at this point. It would be nice to see some new trails and meet more people from the board.

i'm going to have to make this one i need to try out my locker install. we could go to the ocotillo badlands that place is a blast lots of tight little dirt washes where you have to drive up the wall to get around corners
