*IF* I was going to get one I'd go for the black diamond or titanium silver.
Black cherry make me think Mini.
Fusion yellow makes me think H2.
Voodoo blue... well, the color has been overexposed for me.

Why the overexposed brochure/magazine/website/autoshow color of course...Voodoo Blue. Since we're talking colors, I just read in the media pack that all FJ colors are clearcoated. If so, that would be new for Toyota to clearcoat the enamels along with the metallics. I'm calling TMS tomorrow to confirm, but would be a plus for scratch resistance and ease of polishing out those off-road stripes.

To be absolutely honest with you the blue really does demand other drivers' attentions. Of all the others I think it goes best with the white roof. Really too bad you can't get another factory color option for that.

I agree, Corey, all white would be very, very cool. The two tone has grown on me quite a bit, and I agree with Peter that of all the colors, the blue def. looks best with the white top... Hopefully they'll get a few more color options out in next couple of years....

I wouldn't reopaint it unless it was necessary, maybe in 10 years.
1. Black Cherry
2. Black or Silver, can't decide.
I won't get blue or yellow. I would like to see a green too, dark and subtle, like british racing green.

There is a green one that was Photoshopped on 'Muds site, I will see if I can find it, then post it to this later...
Here it is, more of a tan, but looks greenish tan with my eyes.
I like it
It is actualy the Voodoo Blue one from Sema, and someone worked it in Photoshop.

If they ever did it, I would want it hot pink with flames. That way, I can distract other drivers on the road.
I like it black, or silver. The blue is a little too blue for me, and the yellow just looks like piss. Cherry would be cool too, but I am not a big fan of the shades of red. If they ever came out with a dark green one, I would be happy.

Does anybody know if the TRD/Moab Version will be out anytime within the next few months and will it be all black?
The white top has kind of grown on me. I actually saw one of the Blue ones in the parking lot at the store and it is way cool looking too. I would like to see a Dune Beige, Pollux Orange or that greenish kind of color that usually is seen on a forest ranger's old trucks

Sorry guys. Can't go with the black or silver. I have driven tan trucks, dark blue trucks, dark red trucks... I am just bored with the dark colors. So, while definitly impressive, black was out and the silver just felt too boring. The blue looked better than I expected but eventually settled on the yellow. My 8-year old son liked it the best of all and it's his ride too!
By the way, it is bascially impossible to get an FJ in So Cal unless it is fully optioned out. And all the dealers want to add their custom tires and wheels at an inflated cost of about $4K or more. I suppose if you are willing to wait... but just by shear luck, I was able to find an FJ that was optioned with just about everything I wanted at the fifth dealer I went to. Finding the 6-speed is a little hard around here.

I bought my wife's Nissan Altima SER for a really good price there as well, so I will definately use them again ... plus there was no price haggling and the ease of buying it ... I was in and out of there in less than an hour with a predetermined price through Costco's website.

I saw one of the purple ones on the road the other day and I have to admit that it was much better looking in person. I think it is the most un-mainstream of all the colors. I think that now I could say that I would pick purple.
