Wiring Power Seats in a 98' SR5

I recently bought some replacement seats on ebay for my 98 4 runner. they arrived and turned out to be power seats. Can these be easily wired and if so, where can I find DIY info? If not, can I easily swap the tracks from my old set?

Someone told me that the SR5's all come pre-wired for power seats since they don't know what options each truck will have until later. They said the wiring should be under the carpet. I looked and couldn't find anything - only the harness for the dashboard seatbeat light that plugged into the driver's side manual seat. On the passenger side - only the wiring for the fan module for the rear heater. Maybe its tucked behind the dash??? I will send a pic of the power seats wiring harness and plug later today.
