ECU Sabotage!

WEll yotatechies, been burning the midnight oil on this and other sites. Had to take the uppper intake plenum off of the 90 v-6 sons 4runner to get at the cold start injector line which sprung a leak. While off, well thought I'd ck the ECU to indeed see if someone changed it out with a model that was not supposed to be there for the knock sensor problem never went away.
Ran the toyo part through here and indeed was a 4x4 #89661-35320 which the vehilce is, the eye opener was a wire was cut! On Purpose. So TECH's, tell me what wire this is and if indeed the knock sensor wire. I took out the ecu, and holding it in my hand, all writing upright, the 16P connector top rowclosest to me, 5 wires from the lright to left or 4th from the left was cut. It was a black wire. I had taken it in way back in nov to have the valves done since the previous owner had the heads done and claimed the heads needed to seat before the valve adjust? This guy was a former toyo tech who is on his own?
I'm not out for vengence, just I know that computer needs every wire working and I'm going to reconnect it when I get stuff back together but need to know, is that my knock sensor wire? If not, what is it and how do I run a new knock sensor wire out to the new knock sensor??

Holy Crap!!!, Thank you two so much, That diagram did it!, that is exactly where the cut is!! Maybe now I can get this car back together running right. I only uncovered the ECU to make sure the connectors were right. Is thre any other reason this wire would be cut on purpose? My ex takes her toyota to this guy also and well, maybe she should not?

Now this Black wire is to goto the little connector in the Knock sensor and I guess the the body of the knock sensor is the ground? The bozo who gave the car a transplant engine cut off the wire harness connector and left me what looks like coax cable/stock but wire braid on the outside and a center wire all covered by a grey insulation. Is this how it is supposed to be?

I can't tell you how happy I am to know this now. The wire was cut on purpose.
For the code came on maybe 600 miles after having it after the visit to get the valves done.
thanks again guys.

Addendum, the code 52 came on after visiting this guy for the valve adjust, after having the car 600 miles already. Drove it home from San Antonio to El Paso with no ck eng light.
