Constantly blowing fuse.

I blew my 15A fuse for my interior panel lights. (gaug lights etc..) I swapped the fust for a new one and it lasted 20 minutes. Swapped in another and it immediately blew right away. Any ideas as to the problem? I drive a '92 4Runner SR5 5spd.

The problem appears to be a short resulting in a high current draw. Got any new gadgets or wiring recently done? How's that AMP and stereo?

The next step is to get out a multi meter and test for resistance (with the 4runner's battery disconnected). Also you will need to acquire a wiring diagram for your model and year. Good luck!

I haven't added any new gadgets or changed any wiring around. Any idea what it could be that is causing this? I would like to try to fix it myself before I resort bringing it into the shop.
