The problem appears to be a short resulting in a high current draw. Got any new gadgets or wiring recently done? How's that AMP and stereo?
The next step is to get out a multi meter and test for resistance (with the 4runner's battery disconnected). Also you will need to acquire a wiring diagram for your model and year. Good luck! |
