But this is the spacer I'm thinking about getting

It will raise it by 1.25" according to the dimensions, do you think that will fit? It looks like the original spacer.
I'm raelly worried, I hate when I can't do things, it makes me worried, right now instead of studying for my chemistry test, I'm searching for help! Haha

Right now, here are my choices.
1) Put 1/2 wood under OR on top of the battery.
2) Put 1 inch wood under OR on top of the battery.
3) Pay $20 for the spacer and wait for it to come. I do not need to drive until next week around wednesday.
Please I need quick advice.

Secondly, I'd by the new battery bracket listed on the other optima battery thread https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...ghlight=optima (here's the direct link to the bracket http://www.ttora.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28012) instead of paying $20 for the bracket that typically comes with the battery. I don't know why they don't all come with them.

The bracket would be nice but the price is a little steep. Trying to save as much money as possible. I might get the spacer a try.
After doing some research, the cover is supposedly changable from the top to the bottom of the battery. I researched pictures and this is the same exact cover.
However, in the occasion that it does not fit, I will probably buy a bracket, If not I'd probably choose option 1 or 2, which do you guys think will work better?
Thanks fo rall your advice.

1. You don't have to buy anything. 2. You'll know right away if it works or not and then, if for some reason your not happy with it you can always purchase the spacer or the bracket.
