04 Highlander, how do I remove the pw wiring connector

I bought a used door from the junk yard and the window is down so there is very little room to get my hand in there. Not sure how to remove the connector to the PW motor.

Is the window switch still on the door?? harness coming out the door find the correect wires

If not find the plug for the switch find the wires for up and raise the window by supplying positive and negative to the correct wires ..

If the motor does not work kinda a moot point

Wyoming thanks for the help. I lifted up the window on the door that is currently installed on the car. It's dented so I'm replacing it. I removed the switch and figured out how to get it off the replacement door. Then I plugged it in to the good wiring harness on the car and tried to lift up the window but it didn't work so i removed the window, window motor and lock assembly. I'm going to paint it on Saturday and reassemble with the good parts from my car.
