abun

my wife's 2006 rav4's horn sticks when she first gets in it for about 10 seconds. any ideas what could be causing this? i saw a torx bolt on each side behind the airbag assy. would those let me get to the horn switch?

Sorry man, but I have no past experiences with a Rav 4. But I'm sure someone will know something about them.
