Well not feeling like doing an SAS and dent panels on my 97 runner I bought a 89 sas's tacoma got it for 3,500 + 500 for my brother it up so 4grand total

I will say that I feel you got a good deal since I have been building up my '81 along same lines...My total cost will probably end up around $6K so for $4K and everything done, you did great.
If I had seen this truck locally when I was in the market I would have definitely considered it.
Only thing that I would want to ask the guy you got it from is if the transfer case are 23 or 21 spline. I am going convert my rear case into a 23 spline for more strength..
Post up some more pics and how it rides when you get it...must have worked out a deal with the seller to end auction early--nice job...How long will it take to get shipped from Vacaville to NC?

Im originally from cali and so is my family. Yotachris on marlin is my brother and Im having him pick it up so basicaly im paying 500 to my brother to fly him their and drive it home to san diego. Im moving back to cali by mid sept. and finally will get to drive it... Its gonna be so hard to wait that long. good thing my brother has his own crawling yota or mine would be in trouble
